Conversations With History: Bart Ehrman
Conversations host Harry Kreisler welcomes biblical scholar Bart Ehrman for a discussion of his intellectual odyssey with a focus on how the Bible explains the problem of human suffering. The conversation includes a discussion of the challenges of biblical interpretation when confronting this age old problem of the human condition. Included are topics such as the contribution of the prophets, a comparison of the old and new testaments, the book of Job, and the emergence of apocalyptic writers …
Croadwarrior: “Bart was a pseudo-Born again Christian”
How on earth -or in heaven- can you tell.
MrFacet…Do you even know what a straw man is? From small to great, Ehrman can be discredited from many examples. You make no real point.
CRoadwarrior: “Obviously you think Bart really knows what he’s talking about and can’t be wrong.”
Do I see a strawman?
Then let me set up a strawpuppet too. On YouTube, the people who defend faith often have something with Persons Adoration. For example if I say WLCraig is prejudiced, it’s like I attack something sacred. And when they quotemine Darwin they think they have proven the theory of evolution is wrong.
You are trying also to disprove the credibility of Ehrman by small examples.
Again, myfacevides, you have no clue what you’re talking about. Obviously you think Bart really knows what he’s talking about and can’t be wrong. Think again. I find it interesting that YOU seem to be going around trying to defend him in some way. You might want to check into the fact that Bart is spreading lies and deception. At some point I will do a video series proving just that. You might want to stay tuned.
ALSO, myfacevids, you can assume how much study I’ve done all you want. But I don’t have 2 degrees and and about to get a third and perhaps forth and fifth for nothing.
